TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Bookings & Customer Details
All bookings require valid customer details, including contact information. These details will be securely stored for administrative and operational purposes in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

2. No-Show & Cancellation Policy
A £10 no-show fee will be charged per person if you fail to attend your booking or do not cancel at least 24 hours prior to your reservation time.

3. Private Functions
All private function bookings require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations or amendments. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in loss of deposit and/or additional charges.

4. Deposits
Any deposits taken are non-refundable. Deposits will be deducted from the final bill on the day of the booking. During the Christmas period and other special events, deposits may be required to secure reservations and will be applied accordingly.

5. Service Charge
An optional service charge of 12.5% will be automatically added to all bills.

6. Bill Settlement & Acceptance
By settling your bill, you confirm that all items and charges are correct and acceptable. Once payment has been made, no refunds or adjustments will be issued.

7. Right of Admission
Management and door staff reserve the right to refuse entry or service at their discretion, at any time, and for any reason deemed appropriate. This policy applies regardless of whether a booking has been made.

8. Personal Belongings
The venue accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, including but not limited to coats, jackets, bags, and other personal items.

9. General
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the latest version available on our website.
